CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. The organisers do not accept any liability for any accident, loss, 
   damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators or
   any other person or property.
    

2. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, including in the horsebox
   parking area.
    

3. BHS approved hats and proper footwear must be worn.
    

4. Entrants must wear the official number and keep to the marked
   route of the ride and obey all directions of the stewards.
   Please show consideration to other riders especially when overtaking.
    

5. The organisers reserve the right to retire any horse, or pony, that 
   appears in any way distressed or unfit.
   Please note: No horse or pony under 4 years old may take part.
    

6. Any medical or vet costs incurred will be the responsibility of the 
   rider or horse owner.
